FAQ
What do you need from us on the day?
Access to an electrical socket (or two). If you'd like to play online, for games like FIFA / EA FC, Fortnite, Minecraft, Call of Duty or Mario Kart, we'll also need a strong broadband connection.
Can you come to a hired venue?
Yes. We can visit your home or a hired venue (subject to the venue's terms) and set up our equipment there.
Is setup included?
Yes. Every package includes full setup and takedown. We provide the cables, connect everything safely and leave your venue tidy after your event.
What ages do you cater for?
All ages. Our kids' parties are tailored for ages 5–18, and we run retro gaming sessions for adults too. Whether you're turning 10 or 40, we've got you covered.
Which consoles can I choose from?
Nintendo NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Wii U and Switch; PlayStation 1, 2, 3 and 5; Xbox 360 S and Xbox Series X; Sega Mega Drive; and Meta Quest 3 and 3S VR headsets.
Can I add VR?
Yes. The VR Metaverse add-on is +£120 to any package, and VIP Luxe already includes VR at no extra cost. You'll need some space around the players for this one.
Can you help with food, drinks or entertainers?
We work with approved local partners who can provide food (including vegetarian, halal/kosher and allergen options), sweets, waffles and ice cream, a drinks service with mixologists and waiting staff, game character or mascot visits, balloons and lighting, and magicians and children's entertainers.
Do you do corporate events?
Yes. We host private events, corporate networking, team building and work Christmas parties. Get in touch and we'll tailor the event to your needs.
