Latest from Pixcade
What's new at Pixcade, from new packages and prices to party dates and what we're posting on Instagram.
We're now taking bookings for December 2026, for birthdays, family get-togethers, adult gaming nights and work Christmas parties. We bring the consoles, projectors and sound to your home, venue or office, and handle the full setup and takedown.
If you have a date in mind, it's worth enquiring early. An £80 deposit secures your date.
All our package prices are now on the website. Monday to Thursday: Starter £200, Semi-Pro £300, Professional £390 and VIP Luxe £490. On Fridays, weekends and bank holidays each package is £40 more.
The VR Metaverse add-on is £120 (VIP Luxe already includes VR), travel is free within 15 miles of Romford, and corporate events are quoted on request.
We now share gaming facts every day on Instagram. Recent ones include where the name Tetris comes from, Nintendo's beginnings as a playing-card maker in 1889, and the first Grand Theft Auto being made in Dundee.
Follow along for a bit of gaming history with your scroll.
Our new website is now live at pixcadelondon.co.uk. It brings everything together in one place: what we bring, our party types, packages and prices, a gallery of real events and a simple enquiry form.
Tell us your date and venue postcode and we'll come back to you with availability and a quote.
We're now Pixcade, with a new, simpler logo you'll see across our website and Instagram.
We still bring the same mobile gaming parties and events to homes, venues and offices across Romford, Essex and London: gaming events and parties at your door.
